The HKCTU recently reiterated they were opposed to all forms of discrimination on the basis of gender, age, and nationality and thus, they firmly oppose to an ordinance which is discriminating certain nationalities as well as domestic workers through imposing constraints on the foreign domestic workers from applying the Right of Abode in Hong Kong.
