Hyundai workers fight against outsourcing and insecure jobs

Two dispatch workers have climbed and occupied an electricity pylon located on the grounds of Hyundai Motor Company in the latest protest against their employment status. The dispute is about the continuing use of sub-contracted labour by Hyundai once these workers have been employed for two years.  Legally, workers should be made permanent, full time employees after two years
